[vet-mm] Survey

Thanks Ana for continuing to do a fantastic job to represent and cater for
the the needs of regional teachers. I have not seen a subject association
doing a better job in this area (and many of them are much bigger with many
more resources to draw on), full credit to Pixel Ed!!!
