[vet-mm] Skip codes for past VET-MM exams are . . .

For those who need it - here are more skip codes:
 
2006:    Press q, c and p together then enter the word "skip"
2005:    Press z, y, and p together then enter "skip".
2004 (ah, the pain):     it's "qm" together then type "pass"
