[vet-mm] Ref clarification New - VET Multimedia Replacement and scored assessment.

Hi Chris,
In 2010, there will be the Scored Assessment Tasks (product, folio etc) and a final exam.
There's never been any move or intention to remove the scored assessment aspect of Unit 3-4.
