Russell Curr, our Systems Administrator, did the costings etc. $1249 per
iMac + $135 to upgrade to 2 gig RAM. We currently have a MAC lab in the Art
area which is connected to our Novell network but problems are usually
related to student¹s allocated disk space so we have set up a local username
and password. In trying to clear files students sometime delete the MAC
profile. I think Russell said that the Novell Netware 7 should be more
suitable to our setup. Apple servers apparently not that widely used not
sure of reason for that. Hope that helps a bit.
