Thanks Marian, but I did finally succeed in getting the info listed.

Sorry you can't make it to the day, it's shaping up to be a good one.

After seeing the support for the idea, we are anticipating that this will be
an ongoing addition to the design year. 

Hope you can maybe make it to the Design Studies Open Day instead, your
Careers Advisors have all the details - or hit the web site.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your detailed reply - I unfortunately can't bring my kids as we
have a huge VCD excursion that I have organised for the same day, and not
only I but a large number of the Cert II students will be on it. If you are
still having trouble getting stuff onto the list, I am happy to give it a go
on your behalf. And if you offer the Industry Day again next year, count me
in!

Hi Marian,

No it's not too late and we would love to see you there.

 I was really hoping to post the presenter program to the list but can't
seem to get it there. One of the main reasons for posting the info pack is
that there is an expression of interest form for schools to complete, to
give us some indication of numbers.

With regard to MM. Ben Northcott from VU is coming to speak about their new
game development courses. Also of relevance to you students would be Brett
Wright, director of Crumpet Design.

If you can send an email to Design Studies tomorrow (Wed) I can send you the
info pack individually rather than to the list. (Maybe you could forward to
the list if you know the way)

 If all else fails I will put it on the Design Studies web site tomorrow.

Sorry to interrupt the thread on this discussion, but I'm in need of a bit
of advice. 

I've been trying to post some more info regarding the Industry Day at
Northland SC on the 1st of August. I posted to 

vet-mm at edulists.com.au, but it didn't appear in my mail box. Is there a
problem with attaching files? (PDF's)

I know the first round of general info got out a few weeks back, as I
remember seeing a comment from Stuart Bush talking about posting it on the
Pixel Ed news.

On this occasion I was hoping to inform people of the speaker program, to
allow students to book in.

Could some one please advise.
