There must be input from VCAA as to which units are included. Perhaps they even make the final decision. I recall the previous State Reviewer, Dean Pearman saying that he had been on favour of having scripting included.

Should someone enquire if the scripting competency can be replaced with
another one out of "Group B".
Generally this is under the jurisdiction of the RTO whose scope it is on.
What organisation dictates that the scripting competency will be part of the
Vet Cert III?

At the bottom of the document, it says "to be reviewed 31/05/2004", so
is it latest info?
If so, were there more details for each module?
