[vet-mm] RE: Assessment Validation

At our school we have a PD day for VET staff to validate assessments.
During that time we team up with another VET staff member. We explain
our unit of competency and then go through with them how we assess that
unit. The other staff member staff member discusses the assessment
methods and then signs off on them.

I had no idea we had to validate our assessments.  How do we do this and
where?

I'm in the same position as Michelle, using the QATS in 3+4 and my own
tasks in 1+2.

Hi Folks,

 

Because of the new Quality Assurance guidelines, apparently I need to
get my assessments for Multimedia validated again.  Would anyone mind me
mailing them some copies and a small form to sign?  We use the QAT tasks
in Cert III and my own assessments in Cert II.
