Hi Stu,
If it's an FLV, I would suggest Riva FLV Encoder.
If you also like a player, I would suggest it's free player. Really
nice when wanting to play those YouTube videos on your computer.

Hi all,
I'm desparately trying to find some good software to convert a SWF
file to a playable / editable Movie file (AVI or MOV).
I have some student work that they want burnt to DVD for an
exhibition and because I don't have their working Flash files, I
cannot re-export their files to be compatible with any DVD / Video
programs.
Has anyone found any free-good programs that will do the trick.
