[vet-mm] Student sound files

I have emailed 'Freeplay' seeking their permission for all 3in6 entrants
to use their tracks for video competition entries.
Although I expect they will say 'no', if you don't ask.....
I will let this list know the results (if they actually do reply, of
course).
