[vet-mm] pixeled workshops

Attached are booking forms for the upcoming Interactive Comics workshop
and the Manga in Flash workshop. There are some places left for the
comics but the Manga workshops are filling fast. If you're interested
please get the booking forms back a.s.a.p.

Also, anyone wanting a copy of the Pixeled AGM meeting held last
Thursday can send me an email and I'll attach a copy.
