Hi Keith,

The best advice is simply change your jpg's to bmp's within photoshop:
Then import them as bmp's in Flash within the library.
Then from within Flash you create motion tweens using alpha.
If you are still not getting the quality from Flash just make sure your
preferences within Flash are correct . ie make sure within your publish
settings that the JPEG quality is set to 100.
