[vet-mm] Cert III course delivery

Hi Glenn,

I'm teaching primary MM this year but can speak about how I taught it for the last 2 years.  I did content and copy with 2D in the first term, VCD and web in the 2nd term and scripting in 3rd term.  I covered all the theory throughout the year and did exam revision in 4th term.
