Thanks for the positive feedback, glad to know I'm not alone. How long did you take leave or are you still on it? I'm positive that our RTO will be very helpful, but just hoping that the transition for the students will not be too disruptive. We have the feelers out and have had some interest. We hope that the right person will contact the College; great facilities, kids and place to work......If you know anyone!!!! I will miss it!

Subject: yes, this happened to me last year



Hi Tania, I also went on materinity leave half way through last year. It 
was a nightmare. Luckily we got a replacement teacher who was lovely and 
who had the right qualifications, but it was a real shock to her and my 
students because she was teaching in tafe before hand and the whole vce 
thing was so hard. Our RTO was in another town over an hour away from us 
and they were absolutely no help what so ever. So what is happening with 
you?
