Dear Marian,
Thanmks for your help. I know what you mean about "some slight differences" - I spent many hours nearly tearing my hair out!
Nevertheless, do you think you could send me the Flash 5 tutorials you mentioned - they would be helpful. I have a working knowledge of Flash MX and will help Kara as well.
Thanks ,
Pam Richmond

Hi Pam,
I know the QuickStart book is very popular with two teachers at my school who have just started learning Flash. Also the Lynda Weimann HOT book is good - sorry can't recall the exact name. I can send you some tutorials for Flash 5 if you wish but there are some slight differences from Flash MX and 2004 which make them frustrating for beginners,
Marian
