[vet-it] Video conference

Audio conferencing with multiple participants is very easy to organize using
SkypeCast and a mailing list to announce the event, chair and agenda. We had
considerable success using it for our ASISTM GameMaker cluster.

Without bandwidth hogging video, even dial up participants can join in.
