[vet-it] VET IT next year

Hi Lesley,
The VET IT is changing to ICA05 next year - it's still not on the VCAA
website but they say it's changing (see
http://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/vet/programs/Infotech/infotech.html)
Also the NTIS website has the training package at:
http://www.ntis.gov.au/?/trainingpackage/ICA05
(follow the CertIII link) but I am not sure how it will be packaged for
VCE. On first glance, it doesn't seem to have changed all that much.
