CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS ­ POSTER DESIGN COMPETITION

The closing date for submissions to the Australian Academy of Design poster
design competition for VCE and TAFE students has been extended to 2
November.

Topics to interpret : either  ³After the wells run dry² or ³Close encounters
of a transport kind³

Entries should be submitted to the Academy by close of business on Friday 2
November 2007. 

The works of finalists will be exhibited in the Academy¹s Clement Meadmore
gallery during November with judging and media viewing to be held on the
opening night on Wednesday 7 November

Proud supporting partner Connex is providing cash prizes of $2500, and
Academy prizes include $500 - $1000 scholarships to study in the Bachelor of
Design Arts (Advertising) degree.
