[Textiles and Technology] Great workshop for textiles teachers at the DATTA Vic conference

Hi all, The DATTA Vic annual mid-year conference is taking place on Friday 18th of May at Harvester Technical College in Sunshine.  The theme is PERSONAL LOCAL GLOBAL Creative Problem Solving, and there is a fantastic range of workshops for textile teachers. These include:


*         Unpicking Initiative - STEM in Textiles

*         Teaching Coding, Electronics and Wearable Tech

*         Plastic Fusing & Recycling of Plastic Bags

*         Learn to Screen Print with Home-Work Studio

*         The NGV PET Lamp project

Plus there are sessions on VCE, Improving Design Language, Flipped Learning and teaching Numeracy in Design, and many more.
