The Level 6 Employability skills Sample unit linked to VELS Standards,
Designing for a client is now available on the VELS website and can be
found using the following link:
http://vels.vcaa.vic.edu.au/support/level6/index.html Teachers could use
this format to adapt to a unit you conduct in your school. The sample
unit also includes information on assessment and an assessment rubric.

It also incorporates the use of a couple of the student worksheets
developed for the Design Awareness in Schools project available at

it goes into Life Cycle Analysis (relevant to VCE Design and Technology,
