Hi Shaun

We have close to 500 (incl 145 laptops) machines (1200 users) to manage plus 10 servers:
for this we have:
 1 x full time tech support
1 tech support to share with Markbook admin (est @ 50% IT support)
plus me as the administrator with only 3 lesson per week.

We also need to manage several web systems (web site, intranet, Moodle, email for all, student Gmail accounts, user accounts, PTO system, in-house database systems, staff PL sessions, printers everywhere, wireless points, resource bookings with BookIt...

Hey Guys,

Just wanting to get an idea of the levels of tech staff different
schools have,

In relation to student numbers, and computer numbers.

Trying to get another tech in here, but need to prove where understaffed
to the Prin team.

Any  help greatly appreciated.
