[Technical] Antivirus and anti-malware protection

We are migrating from eTrust to Sophos. So far, so good. Remote deployment can be a bit hit and miss, but otherwise the central management is good. Support is responsive, which is also a bonus. We have also put the Mac version on a few laptops that have Limewire running on them (despite our recommendation to the contrary) and it has found a lot of infected files there. It will probably take us 12 months to completely migrate, simply from a licensing point of view.

Probably symantec. I think all deecd schools and offices use it. I would
highly recommend sophos (trialing it at home for replacing etrust next
year). Definitely don¹t do eTrust.

Just my two cents
