[Technical] Sharepoint tasks exporting to excel

good evening 

We use sharepoint 2003 and use the tasks to make up an ICT support request form. It has sections for title, description of problem, resolution, priority, date completed, assigned to etc. It works well. This can then be exported to excel for further analysis. 

My question is that when I export to excel the description of the problem is not visible in excel. All other sections of the form are visible. Does anyone know how I would get this information visible in excel?
