[Technical] dr watson

G'day 

 

Can someone please tell me what dr Watson is. I overloaded outlook07 and it
crash and gave me all the usual crash report dialogs. After that this odd dr
Watson crash report menu appeared. I remember seing this when I was also
designing a image.  Is it genuine or not.

 

 

Help very much aprechiated (excuse spelling, ghosting a teachers notebook as
I type this :-)
