[Technical] stopping students from killing the VNC process in the task bar.

Hi there guys, last one hopefully this year. Is there such a way to stop
students from accessing vnc in the task bar and selecting Stop VNC server.

 

And also stopping them from killing it in the task manager. (spose I could
just disable it in gp)
