Thanks again to all re the wireless connection with my wireless router.
I've configured a secondary connection through a Cisco wireless pcmcia card while I persue a better solution.
It seems to have hit 4 or five staff members. The comon thread seems to be the wireless router itself, various brands.
My R61 is a 8933-B51, so thanks Ian anyway, and I'll refer your email to our techie.
