[Technical] Issue, Asset & Stock Management?

Hi All,
We are looking for a new ICT Management system which allows for the
following:
* Support Issue Management system with:
* Multiple level escalation ability
* Email Alerts
* Live time keeping
* Email job submission
* Public support Queue access
* Supplier contact registry
* Reporting
* ICT Asset register
* ICT consumable supplies stock records.
* ICT License register
What we want to do is combine all of the above functions into one system
for the ICT Department. Most importantly we want to introduce SLA's for
our staff so all parties are clear of what to expect from each other in
terms of support response, thus the live time keeping function is very
important for us.
If any of you out there has product or know of a product which can do
all of this for us we would love to here about it.
