[Technical] Internet explorer image question sp1 versus sp2

Hi guys

In our school we have windows internet explorer 6 xpsp1 and xpsp2 on
various computers

On a web site that has hover buttons they are only visible under sp1,
the computers that have sp2 only show the buttons as red crosses.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?
