Is it Circuit Wizard or the printer? I don't use your method, we do the
photo resist boards.
I'm having many problems when converting a circuit to a pcb. the design is
usually electrically ok but components are often poorly placed. If you try
moving components, the 'interactive routing' reroutes the tracks but often
they become electrically incorrect eg it may short out voltage inputs or
other pins. I'm getting my students to manually route their pcb but that's
not always easy with the more complicated designs.
