Hi Neville,

   The message below is  a  digest which is a summary of messages of a period of time. If you don't wish to receive digests this can be disabled. It can be done by you by logging on with email address and password sent at the time of subscribing.
   Non text attachments are scrubbed due to security reasons ( viruses, spyware ). If you wish to send a non text attachment you can zip it and this is usually allowed to be sent as an attachment.
   If you need anything else feel free to let me know.

I am sorry, but I cannot make head nor tail of this message. There is so much clutter, that it is impossible to see what or where the message is. Is it possible to make the appearance of these messages simpler. I would also ask, why are non text messages scrubbed? What does scrubbed mean in this case?
