[Year 12 SofDev] I want to start an eSport team for my college

Dear colleagues,
I want to start an eSport team for my college for student in years 10 to 12.
Can anyone tell me if they have done so and what their experience is?
Also, do you have a document explaining the terms and conditions and a parental agreement.
I would be most grateful as I have a very keen group of students.
