[Year 12 SofDev] Software Dev Exam: Answering Exam questions using bullet points

>From memory when marking the last couple years dot points were accepted, but my general advice to the students is to use it as a last resort unless the question clearly lends itself to dot points like having a "list" or "state" task word in there.
