[Year 12 SofDev] Adjustments to VCE Applied Computing Study Design

Hi Victoria,
My read of the adjustments is that criterion sheet 8 is gone but students will still need to need adjust their project plan, so we still need to do the first dot point of criterion sheet 10, but not the second one.
I’m not sure I get the balance between unit 3 and 4 anymore, given 1.5 criterion sheets are gone from unit 4 while unit 3 stays with its original 5, but pretty sure I can re-weight that on a spreadsheet 😊

Please correct me if I’m reading it wrong!

Does this mean the 2020 VCE Applied Computing: Software Development administrative information for school-based assessment.<https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/Documents/vce/computing/2020SoftwareDevelopmentSBA.pdf> should be adjusted too? Do we overlook Criteria 8 and 10?
It's beyond me why this<https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/Documents/vce/computing/2020SoftwareDevelopmentSBA.pdf> document, the Programming Requirements<https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/Documents/vce/computing/2020_VCE_AppComp_SoftwareDev_Programming_requirements.docx> and the Authentication Records<https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/Documents/vce/computing/2020SoftwareDevelopmentAuthenticationRecordForm.docx> have to be in separate documents from the Study Design. Everytime I'm running a workshop, teachers ask me..."where did you get THAT document?" Put it all in the one document so we all know where everything is!
