[Year 12 SofDev] Real world problem

Some that my students have done in the past included

 *   garage organisation and inventory for parents (problem)
 *   competition management software for a sporting association (opportunity)
 *   RPG-style games (I've had 1 excellent one and 1 flop from 2 attempts at games - can be quite difficult for students to manage in the timeframe) (opportunity)
 *   Practice Hours tracker for learner drivers (opportunity)

Also, as this is my first year with Software Development (the course not the skill) does anyone please have any examples whatsoever of a 'real world problem or opportunity' called for by the Software Development Administrative information for school based assessment 2019?

Just one or two that students have selected in the past would be helpful to look at.
