[Year 12 SofDev] Textbook for 2019

Hi All,

Repeating what I suggested earlier, python users please review the library PySimpleGUI (based on tkinter)

https://pypi.org/project/PySimpleGUI/_  not as nic on macOs

 The developer is now working on  PySimpleGUIQt - which based on tkinter and PySide2 which is the same on the macOS and Win.

https://pypi.org/project/PySimpleGUIQt/

Simplier and compacter and more powerful.

Yes, Python is fine. However! The Software Development: Programming requirements (docx - 69kb)<https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/Documents/vce/computing/SofDevProgrammingRequirements.docx>  states you need to have a graphic User Interface. Python is time-consuming. Tkinter seems to be the most popular GUI developer but I found it painfull.
