[Year 12 SofDev] IT Dictionary for non-English Speaking Chinese students

Hi,

I have a student who is a recent arrival from China with very limited English studying Software Development.  I am looking for a dictionary which would have Chinese language definitions for English IT terminology used in SD.  He uses a standard online dictionary but this is a slow process and does not cover the IT definitions of many of the words we use.

I found the following from the Hong Kong office of the Government of the CIO, which is a useful start but just provides equivalent Chinese words not definitions: https://www.ogcio.gov.hk/en/our_work/infrastructure/methodology/glossary/doc/IT_Glossary.pdf

Does anyone know of any useful material? Either documents, online dictionaries or Chinese language IT text books I could source?
