And any sample data, documents that can be provided from the interview. I also ask for a sample GUI from the interview developed by the interviewee with the student.

I am  ruminating about the "Data Collection" phase of the SAT.  I understand it to be the requirements interview with the customer and any research into similar products/coding techniques.
What else do you include/advise in this area?
