Damien, I ignored ‘documents’ and looked for it in the code, although I expect them to point it out with comments so I guess that is really ‘documents’ isn’t it?

Following on from this, the assessment sheets for medium to high complex algorithm say “Documents a solution with a x complex algorithm.”
How are others talking the “documents” part of this? Internal documentation is addressed elsewhere so I don’t think it’s that.

Hey Mary, from the SAT training session I got that the complex algorithm is meant to cover things like sorts, searches, game engines, business rules, etc. The SAT criteria in 2016 mandated a sorting algorithm and a number of students who designed programs like games didn’t have a viable reason to do any sorting, so put in some dinky “fake” sort strictly to address the dot point or missed out on that criteria. The criteria was changed this year to allow these students to use a more appropriate algorithm.
