[Year 12 SofDev] SAT... ...project ideas?

Hi Michael,
To give you some ideas of the sorts of things that students could do, last year I had students that did

·        Running stats – recorded their race times for different distances and downloaded world records.

·        Sailing spots – downloaded BOM data and ranked the best places to go sailing.

·        A point tracker system for the school cadet unit (could be adapted for any club/sporting activity)

·        A wine database looking at best drinking dates/food matching

·        A fustal ladder

·        Homework/assignment scheduler

·        An exo-planet info page – downloaded certain info about the planet selected and displayed it picture scaled in relation to Earth

·        Holiday bucket list
Remember though, you don’t give them a topic, they come up with something after consulting a client, which is basically anyone but you.

Dear people, I am doing the new study design for the first time (no class last year).
Wondering if anyone can share the sort of projects the students found for the SAT?
Some of my class are a little nervous and concerned about finding a project and I am not allowed to task them myself.
