[Year 12 SofDev] styles of modern application architecture

Hi folks,
?              Just wondering if people had any good examples of questions and or explanations about Application Architecture? I've got a few from the sample exams but they are more definitional than anything, but am struggling to come up with good examples and explanations of the differences between what is required for mobile, rich client, peer-to-peer and internet applications.
