[Year 12 SofDev] Rubric for Criteria 5-8

Hi All

Anyone know when the Rubric for Criteria 5-8 of the SAT will be published?
My memory recalls something about in May but I have looked on the VCAA site and can't see it yet. The Document is still February 2016.
