[Year 12 SofDev] SD SAT - admin info PDF - U4O1 assessment of project plan

Hi, human resources

The SD SAT admin info's instructions for the assessment of the project plan
roughly says (p.4):

*Students explain how their plan assisted in monitoring the progress of the
project. *

*Students explain the usefulness of the plan in monitoring their progress
through the stages of the PSM*

Can anyone please tell me the difference between these two tasks?
They look the same to me.
