enter your students into the NCSS - they will use Python

look at PHP or visual basic for unit 3, 4  or extend yourself significantly and choose a language not done by most of us !!

Choosing a common language will help in terms of support from others …

I use visual Studio because I know it, Many use it
Also there are quite a few that use PHP (DLTV also sells books on how to use it)

there are others …

A very useful thing is to do  NCSS competition

Practise coding concepts - actual language is less important
but cover concepts
