[Year 12 SofDev] SAT authentication record

Hi Paula,

Firstly, thank you for your guidance at the training session today.

When we were looking at the authentication record today I noticed that it lists 2 "Observation No. 5"s - I have attached a screenshot.

I forgot to mention it at the time. I’m not sure whether it’s a typo to not, but if so I guess it’s probably not critical just something to note if the document is being updated at some stage.
