[Year 12 SofDev] Study design errata - Software Development

Thanks, Paula, for the announcement of the change to the design.

It is comforting to see that the document has a new "Last Updated" date.

But it would be neat if the nature of the change were identified *within* the
document. As is, downloaders would know that it has been updated in August
2016, but they would not know *how* it has been changed* (*unless they
found your explanatory post on Edulists or perhaps later in the VCAA
Bulletin.)
