I have 6 places remaining ? if you are interested in registering. You need to commit to both days however.
Warm wishes
Therese
Swinburne University of Technology will host a FREE Computer Science for High Schools (CH4HS) program (kindly sponsors by Google) to run over two consecutive days (12 & 13 September 2016). These workshops are for practicing secondary school IT teachers who would like to develop their IT skills.
The two-day program will consist of a guided tutorial through some simple graphical programming using the Swingame engine, resulting in a playable game. You will have opportunities to interact with each other, build on your networks and develop skills.
The proposed program will have the following focuses:
?Interactive Games Programming
?Programming Micro controllers (Arduino boards)
Lunch and morning tea is provided.
Participant numbers are limited to 30 and you must commit to both full days of the program.
I invite you to register your attendance at this 2 day workshop. There will be no cost for the two days. Priority will be given to teachers who can attend both days.
