Hi Adrian. I agree it's odd.

The Act *was* reviewed in 2011, and again this year, I believe...

But you're right about the SD section referring to 2012 version while the
glossary refers to 2006.

It's odd that the Informatics U4O2 KK does not refer to the charter at all:
it only names the Privacy Act, the Privacy and Data Protection Act (which
replaces the Information Privacy Act of the previous study design), and the
Health Records Act. No charter!
