Hi guys

The recent audit (June this year) of the Myki ticketing system presented some interesting findings that are relevant to our study in the sense of functional/non-functional requirements and scope of solution.

It definitely makes for some interesting reading in the sense of what happens to a solution if these key aspects are poorly done as part of the analysis of the project.
