Thanks once again Mark, you are an http mega machine.

Interestingly, I was able to answer (or try to with Q7) all the questions in Section C, except Question 2, without reading the case study. Far less of an analysis task than usual which will please many students.

I would love to hear more thoughts on the VPN versus HTTPS question. Could it be that you don’t have to worry about encryption in the voting software since the VPN will encrypt it anyway?

Surely it can’t be security holes since there is no evidence there are any more https holes.

Thanks for everyone’s contributions this year. I’ve been quiet on the e-mail with multiple personal crisis’s I’ve had to drop everything and run to so have spent much of the year in survival mode.

Cheers,
Heath Matheson

Hi all.

The 2015 ITA Post Mortem<http://vceit.com/p/postmortem-2015i.htm> and 2015 SD Post Mortem<http://vceit.com/p/postmortem-2015s.htm> are available in early drafts.

Dumb screw-ups are yet to be found and fixed in the next few days.

I appreciate feedback and corrections.

Enjoy.

Mark
