[Year 12 SofDev] Python and Tkinter

Here's a trap for newbies - myself included. The module to import is
Tkinter in Python 2.x and tkinter in 3.x. The case has changed, so if you
are writing in 3.x check for any occurences of Tk... and change to tk...
