looking at some of the things on the lists there are teachers who want to improve their skills and this looks like it could do that!
for some it could be justified as a pathway to better qualifications and so some schools might give some help to them to enrol and actually attain their cert IV

good luck and if you need help I am too far away (laugh .. and there is always distance / remote learning)
